General Rules


Any client who knowingly provides false or inaccurate account information or attempts in any way to defraud will result in cancellation of said account and all balances being held at the company's discretion.

We will make every effort to ensure that all information available on our web site is accurate; however, in the case of obvious mechanical, technical or human error in the prices or conditions we publish, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to either modify your wager and to pay you out at the correct prices or to No-Action your wager.Only one account allowed per person, family, household and IP address.

Minimum wager $25 via call Center, and $1 online. For information on maximum wagers, please see our wager limits Clients must identify themselves by account number and password before obtaining odds, placing wagers, or verifying account balances. All disputes and claims must be settled prior to making any additional wagers. Client must address all disputes and claims within 7 (seven) days from the date of wager. Big World Sports Book digitally records and archives all wagers. These recordings and archived records will be used only to resolve discrepancies. Recordings and archived records shall serve as the final determination of any dispute and all wagers adjusted accordingly.

READ BACK IS FINAL, if the read back or confirmation is correct, client must re-confirm wagers by stating their PIN number thus making wagers final.

If a customer confirms a read back where the ticket writer made a mistake, the wager is final. It is the responsibility of the customerto correct any errors during the read back.

In the event a customer does not hear the read back due to technical difficulties (disconnections, etc.) it is the customer's responsibility to call 1877- 728 5899 immediately to confirm wager or the wager will be entered as understood by the ticket writer. In a case of a discrepancy, the archived recording of said transaction will determine the wager type and wager amount. BIGWORLDCASINO reserves the right to add, delete, or change house wagering rules or payoff odds. The placing of wagers by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

All sporting event must be played on the date, and site as scheduled unless otherwise specified. Any event postponed, rescheduled, or moved to another site will automatically constitute "No Action".

When wagering on "totals", overtime periods are counted in final score unless otherwise specified. Overtime periods are counted in the second half score on halftime wagers unless otherwise specified. The home team is always listed as the bottom team unless otherwise specified.

Wagers on quarters, are for that quarter ONLY and DO NOT include overtime periods.

Internet Rules


Internet Customers will confirm wager by entering their password. All wagers are FINAL. If an Internet customer confirms a wager that he/she did not intend to make, the Internet customer must immediately call the wagering department at 1877- 728 5899 and the wager willbe deleted at the line manager's discretion ONLY.

BIGWORLDCASINO cannot and will not be held liable for Internet customer's mistakes.

It is the customer's responsibility to check pending wagers immediately after making a wager on the internet to ensure customer confirmed the wager. If wager is not in the PENDING BETS file then customer does not have a wager and forgot to confirm wager by entering password. Customer must re-enter the wager and confirm with password to have a valid wager.

Make a Wager


All sporting events must be played on the date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. If an event is postponed, suspended and/or rescheduled, this automatically constitute "no action".

When wagering, overtime periods are counted as a final score (with the exception of Soccer)

In order to have action, games must go at least:
FOOTBALL (College & Pro) 55 minutes of play

PRO BASKETBALL 43 minutes of play

COLLEGE BASKETBALL 35 minutes of play

HOCKEY (Pro & American) 55 minutes of play

SOCCER 85 minutes of play

BASEBALL For the side 5 full innings must be completed, 4 ½ if the home team is winning. For the total and run-line 9 full innings must be completed, 8 ½ if the home team is winning.

BOXING (Pro, College, Amateur) When the bell is sounded, signifying the start of the round, the bout is considered official.

OTHER SPORTS Must play to either their conclusion or have five minutes or less of scheduled playing time left

Legality


Big World Sports Book reserves the right to rescind bonus money paid on referral accounts, which are subsequently cancelled or suspended. All personal details of all users will be held in confidence unless users agree to their identities and details being used for future publicity purposes.

Big World Sports Book reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager prior to its acceptance. Any wager made without adequate funds will be voided. Big World Sports Book cannot be held responsible for any computer, typing or human error when posting odds, lines, or point spreads other than those intended.

Password


You are solely responsible for the security of account numbers and your password.

Should you inadvertently let someone else know your password you shall contact Big World Sports book immediately and change your password.

Customers are responsible for any unauthorized use of their account. In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to have placed a bet, said bet shall be valid, whether or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer.

Under no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that reason.

In the event that a customer suspects that a third party may have its password or account, the customer may at anytime ask that Big World Sports book furnish the customer with a new password and account.

When choosing a password, Big World Sports book recommends you follows these guidelines:

  • Do not use lower case letters.
  • Do use numbers and or symbols.
  • Do use a mix of upper and lower case letters.

In case of No Action or a Tie on any game in a 3 team teaser or more, the teaser automatically reverts down to the next lowest number of teams. (4 team teasers with a tie becomes a 3 team teaser). Any two team teaser with a winner and a tie or no action is considered a tie. Any loss in a teaser is a loss.

Basketball


1. NBA games must go at least 43 minutes to have action (unless specified). College and WNBA games must go at least 35 minutes.

2. All wagers on the game, the second half and propositions include overtime. Wagers on only the fourth quarters do not include overtime.

3. For wagering purposes, winners and losers are determined by the final score (including overtime), provided that the game has gone the minimum time. If a game is suspended after the minimum time has been played and is not resumed the same day, then regardless of whether the game is completed at a later date, the score when the game is halted will determine the betting results.

4. If play is suspended before the minimum time has been reached and not resumed the same day, all bets will be scored as 'no action' and all monies refunded.

5. All wagers on the game and all wagers on the second half will include overtime scoring. Wagers on fourth quarters do not include overtime scoring. For proposition wagers, unless stated otherwise, the second half includes overtime.


Boxing


1. When the bell sounds to begin the first round, the bout will be considered official for betting purposes, regardless of the scheduled length.

2. If the scheduled length of the match is changed, all prior wagers on the number of rounds the bout will last will be graded as 'No Action'.

3. Each round is three minutes in duration; a half-round is defined as 90 seconds.

4. For wagering purposes, the disqualification of a boxer during a match will be counted as a knockout by his opponent.

5. If the wagering offer on a match includes the draw as a third option and the match ends in a draw, wagers on the draw will be paid, while wagers on either fighter will be lost. If the wagering offer includes only the two boxers, with the draw either not offered or offered as a separate proposition, and the match ends in a draw, wagers on either fighter will be refunded.

6. Unless otherwise specified, matches must go within 30 days of the scheduled date for wagers to have action.

7. In situations not covered by the previous rules, the wagering decision announced by the Don Best Sports information service will be considered official and binding.

8. Las Vegas wagering rules will be used for any situation not covered herein.


Football


1. All games must go at least 55 minutes to have action (unless specified). Also, overtime counts for the final score unless specified.

2. All wagers on the game and the second half will include overtime. Wagers on fourth quarters do not include overtime.

3. All games must be played on the scheduled date and at the scheduled site to have action, unless otherwise noted before a contest.

3. The cost of buying half-points are as follows:

College football: All half-points cost 10 cents each.
